Beautiful room and very clean. It was so much bigger than a normal room - lots of space to move around. We arrived in town earlier than we expected and called to ask if we could check in early. We were told to come on by and they would get us in as soon as they could (which was about 2 hours earlier than check in time) and would we like to have lunch in the dining room? We did and it was delicious and made us feel very welcome. The setting is very serene with the golf course right outside and access to neighborhoods and parks all around to walk or ride bikes or just be outside! I highly recommend.

This was a fun place to stay, kind of a cute boutique suite. Everything on site that you need! Restaurant, bar, bakery, store, golf, entertainment! Overall we enjoyed our stay, but the room had a few areas needing attention: mattress was broken on one side causing a huge valley, mini fridge reaked when opened, mildew on the shower curtain, broken side table, and grimy kiddo hand print’s everywhere. Not a huge deal but could be better. I felt the value of the room was great - almost half the price of cheap hotels in CDA! The pictures on hotels.com did not match the room - but it was still up-scale and nice

The stay was enjoyable and the accommodations were good, however the construction of the rooms echoed and as a result we could hear everything going on in the room next door and at 2:30 am it was an unpleasant or entertaining experience.

They were having so type of entertainment that was extremly loud and we called the front desk they said there was nothing they could do about it, if we would have been informed before hand we would of never stayed and never will again. Half the night was loud and noisy unable to get to sleep. Worst place we have ever stayed. Do not know who designed it but was very different.

Tried to cancel reservation due knee injury but because it was only two days notice they said I would be charged, they did not care less that I could not walk, since this was going to be a golf trip it was going to difficult to golf on one leg. Stayed there Friday night May 9 had a terrible stay due to loud noise late at night. So both stays I would rate the worst experience ever. We did not show up for our Sunday May 11 reservation or cancel because they were complete jerks about everything.

If you are heading to Silverwood, this hotel will meet all of your needs. Free self-parking, located on a golf course, less than 40 minute drive from Silverwood, 30 minutes from Spokane (for more food options), and there’s a restaurant and bar inside/part of the hotel. The room was *very* spacious and clean! A great touch is the rooms have a Roku TV. Oh, and they were very accommodating regarding an early check-in. Keep in mind they close the front entrance after 9 pm, however, getting into the hotel through the back was very easy. I will be keeping this hotel in my “back pocket” for my next trip to Silverwood/Eastern Washington.

The rooms are very tall and open. I liked that. There is a great cafe in the building with great breakfast offerings. The staff for the hotel (and owner) are great. The staff for the diner are NOT great. The hostess was rude when we asked to be seated; my drink was a lemon drop which smelled and tasted of onions (!?) - we left the drinks and went to another restaurant in CDA that had great drinks and service.
