New and not yet completed resort, amazing design, great family room, 2 rooms in 1 with 2 bathroom, up to 5 beds, delicious food, crew is fast and passionate, clean and good sea point. Gorgeous the free round trip transfer from the airport! We can suggest: - book the moonlight restaurant on arrival - create an app to book restaurants and activities

There aren’t enough words for how amazing this resort is. The food is amazing and the service is great. Reef is beautiful. Housekeeping is excellent. I cannot remember his name but the worker who always serves ice cream at dinner was our favorite. He spoke very little English but was so kind. He connected really well with my husband and made the experience that much better. I would absolutely come back here again! Amazing Resort!

Best stay I had in a very long time in egypt, at the reception they gave us a free upgrade and the rooms were so spacious and clean. The animation staff were soo friendly and fun especially ahmed and romany who really made our stay 100 times better and by far the best animation team members me and my friends have met. The food was good and there was decent variety although i wouldn't recommend any poultry. The shows and parties were so livid and fun and overall the stay was more than amazing. i would recommend this hotel to any group of friends who want to have a very fun and luxurious stay

some of the employees there their attitude have a taste of tirple and anxiety The options of the food is perfect and unique The entertainment team is so helpfull especially fares The pools are clear like glasses Rooms were really special and unforgetable the complex is a little bit massive and huge so I recommend to increase the no of golf cars as there is only 3 of the their!! Best Vacation Ever – With One Exception I had an amazing vacation overall! The location was perfect, with the beach and swimming pool both being excellent. Food and beverages were easily accessible and very satisfying. The duration of the trip was just right for relaxation and enjoyment. However, the one downside was the reception. Most of the staff there were unprofessional and not helpful, which was disappointing. The big exception was Mr. Kirllos — he truly stood out with his kindness and professionalism. He was incredibly helpful and made a real difference in our experience. Thanks to him, our stay was much better than it could have been. I hope the hotel takes steps to improve the rest of the reception team.

Sentido Reef Oasis Suakin is a very clean, modern, and well-maintained hotel. The overall atmosphere is pleasant, and the cleanliness of the rooms and public areas is definitely one of the hotel’s strengths. The food quality is good, and the main restaurant offers well-prepared meals. However, the variety of food is quite limited, especially for a resort of this standard. More variety and more options throughout the different meals would significantly improve the experience. The service in the main restaurant is excellent. The staff are friendly, attentive, and professional, and they really make an effort to provide good service. Unfortunately, my experience at the Sunset Restaurant was very different. The service was disappointing and showed a clear lack of experience and organization. This is an area that definitely needs improvement through better staff training and supervision. The reception team could also benefit from more experienced and professional staff, particularly in handling guests’ requests and providing a smoother check-in and check-out experience. The hotel would be much more enjoyable with more activities and entertainment options, especially for guests staying for several days.
