“The Good”- Room was very cool, well decorated. “The Bad”- Staff was so rude, from the check in experience to every staff interaction (and a vacant front desk- waited 15 mins, eventually I just left- on check out). Very poor customer service. “The Ugly”- The hotel is sooo noisy- next to the Ambulance and Fire Dept routes, strangely the room had a consistent loud mechanical “whirring” that wouldn’t go away, and they put me in a room that was right next to their event center- that I wasn’t a part of (In their room block? But I wasn’t part of their event- so thoughtless). All of the other hotel room “wings” had doors to minimize sound from the event center, but my hallway didn’t have that door so all of the partying spilled out into my hallway and in front of my room. What a noisy stay. Could barely spend any time in the room without getting a headache. Unacceptable considering the price. I would have asked for a different room but I was afraid the staff would bite my head off.
