Most staff members were helpful amd friendly. I'm not sure if because I had arranged my reserbations through Hotels.com or what, but I didn't receive a gift baggie upon arrival like other guests did. The room did not have towels when we arrived at 7:00pm because they were still in the dryer. Apparently they didn't have enough towels throughout our 3 day stay because every time we went to exchange our towels, we had to wait because they had the towels in the dryer. The room overall was comfortable and all appliances worked. The 2nd day we came back to our room opening without the use of the key. The latch was not working and anyone could open it with just a puch of the door. The guy at the front desk offered for us to switch rooms, but considering we only had the night and morning to stay, we kept the room. The pool was nice and warm, though my husband did use the net to clean it up a little. The breakfast on both days was really good. It had both cold and hot and ready items. The ladies were on it to keep replenishing items as they finished. Loved their pancake maker. All you had to do was place your plate, press ok, and out came two pancakes hot and ready to eat. Overall we had a good stay. Nice and affordable.
