This is terrible, we book this hotel a month in advance, as this is for an anniversary, so we booked a large seaview room, with bathtub and near to the beach. We specifically email to the hotel to confirm everything once booked but no reply for a week. Then at the last moment (only 1 week to arrive) we received a message about the hotel not begin operations yet? Why they still accepting booking?

The staff here are very friendly and helpful, and allowed us to check-in an hour early. The room (316) was spacious, and had a decent sea view from the balcony. The room was clean and comfortable, had a kettle, and a small selection of tea and coffee, and a 1.5 litre bottle of water supplied daily. The only real criticism would be the use of paper cups for tea/coffee/water, rather than cups and glasses. Would happily stay here again.

We always use this hotel when we have to fly out of Malaga airport. It is close to the airport, lots of restaurants nearby and very close to the beach. The hotel staff were really friendly and I have had an overall positive experience until the last day. Unfortunately I came down with really bad food poisoning the day after I had dinner at the hotel. I have spoken to other guests and quite a few people had the same issue. I have tried to talk to the hotel and enquire about compensation but I have not gotten an answer. On departure they even tried to charge me for late checkout when I was really ill and almost unable to fly back.

This is a cheap hotel that provides all the amenities advertised, without any frills: basic breakfast, basic pool area, basic customer service. The walls are very thin. If this is what you want, it’s fine and the price was good. We liked the area as it is quiet and still within reach of all you need. But it isn’t right in the centre of things.
