r service

air-conditioning was broken, I changed my room in an hour before death to freeze In addition to that, it was 1.45 am when we cane from work and ordered pizza. The receptionist told us “its forbidden to eat in hotel room or lobby, and you should eat outside”( it was 8 degrees outside) even they don’t serve any meal in hotel. I convinced them in 10 minutes to eat at hotel’s restaurant, but the attitude was not acceptable.

Descuido com a mala :/

O hotel em geral é muito bom. Quarto bonito, limpo e confortável, banheiro idem. A vista do quarto (fiquei no 4o andar) tb é bastante agradável. O kit de banho é ótimo. Me incomodou as cortinas não fecharam totalmente a luz e, principalmente, o descuido com uma mala que deixei na recepção, me entregaram quebrada :/
