Uncomfortable Comfort Inn

The bed was comfortable and seemed clean, the AC was cool enough but did not cool down to the temperature selected. The bathroom floor didn’t looked cleaned with dirty grout, the bathtub drain didn’t work well so you were standing in water when showering and the tile around the tub area was moldy. The free breakfast was below average, powdered eggs, sausage and a few breads. The coffee was terrible. We only stayed here because nothing else was available due to college graduations. We were traveling to Texas from New Mexico so we had to stop. We will never stay at a Comfort Inn again.

Price was very reasonable for an economy overnight stay…the room was surprisingly large, clean and well-maintained. We arrived before Check-In (2:20 pm) and hoping to check-in early, room was not ready. Manager said he would prioritize cleaning and call us when room was ready and gave us directions to a coffee spot nearby. He called 20 minutes later to let us know room was ready. It’s that type of service that sets the bar for hospitality. Great experience

I liked almost everything. It was very simple to check in and get to my room without a lot of unnecessary chit chat and discussion. Everything was clean and tidy. Honestly the only thing i didn't like was the coffee in the morning. It was watered down and tasteless. I like a thick cup of gourmet coffee at hotels. Just a personal preference
