Haziran 2025deki konaklamam için

Odalar aşırı küçüktü 10m2 anca. Havuz güzeldi fakat hiç temizlenmiyordu. Otelin restoran fiyatları alaçatının en meşhur yerleriyle yarışıyordu. Otelde yemeklere çok daha fazla ödedik üstelik porsiyonları da çok azdı. Kahvaltısı vasattı, bir sıcak ürün bile yok sadece yumurta getiriyorlar. Alaçatıda kaldığım en pahalı yer ve hizmeti en kötü olan yerdi. Bir tık daha lüks arayıp gitmiştim kötü bir deneyim oldu.

İki gece konaklama için rezervasyon yaptırdık. Lakin tesise ilk girişimizle hayal kırıklığına uğradık. Evet fotoğrafların aynısı lakin fotoğraflar uzman birileri ile otel ilk yapıldığında bakımlı ve konforlu olduğu dönemde çekilmiş. Sonrasında bakımsızlığa terk edilmiş. Jakuzili odada konaklama yaptık. Jakuzi hijyenik değildi temizlenmesini talep ettim lakin giderinde bulunan saçları almak yerine sadece içinde bulunan tozlarını almamışlar ve bu temizlik sayıldı. Duş ve lavabonun durumuna girmiyorum bile yatakları oldukça konforsuzdu. Mini bara du dahi bırakılmamıştı. Çarşaflarda kıllar mevcuttu geç saatte giriş yapmamız nedeniyle mecburen konakladık. Sabah kahvaltıya şans vermek istedik çeşit boldu ama önümüze gelen sahanda yumurta soğuktu meyve tabağı dünden kalmış gibiydi bunun haricinde klasik bir kahvaltı gösterilen kadar taze veya bir lezzete sahip değil üzgünüm. İkinci gece kalamayacağımızı anlayarak otelden rezervasyonumuzu yakarak başka bir butik otele geçiş yaptık. Bu fiyata hayatta değmeyecek bir otel ne jakuzisi ne tercih nedenlerimizden olan kahvaltısı zaten ilk elemeniz gereken özelliği ise hijyenik olmayışı bizim için kötü bir deneyimdi.

While the property has a visually appealing pool and dining area, the overall experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, our room and hot tub were not properly cleaned. The bathroom had a broken hair dryer, empty soap dispenser and the shower overflowed. Despite raising this issue with staff, the first fix didn’t work and they never checked in with us. It required a follow up for it to be resolved. Noise was another big issue, the walls are extremely thin and guests come back late, we were woken up by door slams, chatting from the pool or the stairs. Additionally when we asked the hotel to arrange a taxi, they sent a friend who charged more than a standard yellow cab fare, which felt exploitative. When we asked why they didn’t call a yellow taxi, a response was “there is not enough yellow taxis in Alacati”. However we used a yellow taxi for the rest of the trip with fair charge - they were easy to phone and arrived in 3 minutes. Until the staff become a little more attentive to basic maintenance and guest experience, I would not recommend. The pool looks amazing, however it wasn’t clean inside. The only good thing about this boutique hotel was breakfast.
