Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily return. The check-in experience was excellent, and I was even given an upgrade without having to ask. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming. Breakfast was also a highlight, with friendly staff, good-quality food, and a wide variety of options. The bed was comfortable, and the location was excellent. Unfortunately, the only negative aspect of my stay was my interaction with Alessandro. I called to ask about a late check-out, and without even asking how much extra time I needed (just two hours), he was unfriendly and dismissive, stating that the hotel was fully booked. I even offered to pay for the extension, but he was unwilling to consider it. Later, I returned to reception shortly before check-out to check whether my key card would still work, and I was met with the same cold attitude. Despite having explained that I simply needed a little extra time to take a shower, I received a phone call in my room just five minutes later, even though I had been downstairs at 12:18 p.m. It is a shame that one person's attitude can affect an otherwise excellent experience. The rest of the team was wonderful, and I would love to stay at this hotel again. I just hope that, next time, I won't have to deal with Alessandro.

Exactly what we needed.

Beautiful hotel, away from the hustle of downtown Barcelona but right next to a Metro and a Taxi hub. Also just down the street from a huge Mall. Great service, clean rooms, extremely comfortable beds. Rooftop pool, spa, gym. It was perfect.
