The location is good, with a direct 15min walk to centre of town. The staff are excellent. The breakfast is excellent with an excellent choice of cooked and fresh cold options. Evening buffet option has a large variety of choices cooked, salad, fruit and sweet dishes. I had a room on the 1st floor near lifts/stairs...a little noisy between 07:30/08:30 - other guest and cleaning trolly with a noisy loose wheel. The pool and rear garden is a great location to relax in the sun or covered seated area. A games room with pool table, table football, and more - a separate play area/room for small children.

一點都不推薦 I stayed here for 5 nights. Housekeeping skipped changing our bath towels twice. When we brought this up to the front desk, there was absolutely no response. The staff just walked into the room to grab the towels without saying a single word. Furthermore, there were no tissues provided in the room, and not even a single trash can outside of the bathroom. We had to pile up our own trash inside the room, leaving banana peels and garbage sitting there for all 5 days without being cleared. When we wanted some hot water, the restaurant was closed and not operating. The room TV didn't work, there was no water dispenser, and complimentary bottled water was not provided daily. Charge such high prices during the UTMB event. I do not recommend here.

Ontbijt en avondeten was erg goed. Personeel erg vriendelijk en kundig. Kamer was prima maar wel warm en hebben met het raam open geslapen. We zagen dat de thermostaatknop van de verwarming eraf lag en daardoor geheel open stond. Ik had het niet bij de receptie gemeld. Het hotel heeft een eigen parkeerplaats.

En cuento a la limpieza y las habitaciones, podrían mejorar ya que en el lavabo había un vaso usado por otro huésped y las almohadas son bastante malas. Por otro lado, reservamos porque había piscina, pero nadie nos avisó hasta que preguntamos qué la piscina no estaba disponible debido a un problema interno, pero tampoco lo comentaron en la página. Las 4 estrellas parecen exageradas…

Habitación en muy mal estado. La limpieza es terrible. Incluso avisando de los errores y al dia siguiente los repiten. Muebles llenos de polvo de varias semanas. Paredes sin pintar con desconchados. Piscina llena de bichos. Necesita una reforma de las instalaciones, de la decoración, del mobiliario, pero también una restructuracion total del personal y los servicios. Nada recomendable, la verdad demuestra que el sistema de puntuación por estrellas esta obsoleto y sin revisión

Déçue ! J'étais deja venu dans cet hotel et decue de voir que les frigos presents n'y sont plus. Je trouve que le prix n'est pas du tout justifié. Pas de climatisation, pas de ventilateur, les chambres sont ultra brutantes, la piscine nest pas prevue pour beaucoup de monde, il y a 2 transats accessibles. Et en plus la piscine reste couverte alors qu'il fait 40°. On peut trouver moins cher et mieux

En general el hotel está bien. Me gustó el bufet de la cena y desayuno. Tanto las instalaciones del hotel (pasillos, puertas,..) como en las habitaciones necesitan una reforma. La piden a gritos. aún así, es un sitio adecuado y cómodo para estar.
