When we arrived, the air conditioner in the main living area did not work, this information was never disclosed to us until we arrived and tried turning the air conditioner. The living area was extremely hot and we were unable to stay there. We tried contacting the host, he look a very long time to answer and told us to use a fan. We told him we could not stay there because of the heat, he stopped replying. The couch in the living room was covered in stains and there were many ants on the kitchen counter. We ended leaving to a different hotel once we realized the host wasn't going to respond. As of right now no refund has been issued.

全体的には、天気が良く、家のように過ごしたいならとてもおすすめ。 天気が悪そうなら飲食店もある街のホテルがいいだろうな、という印象でした。 私の宿泊した日は天気が良く、リビングでくつろぎながらお酒を飲んだり、夕陽をみたり、屋上で星を見たりして過ごしました。 (思いのほか街灯があって明るいですがちゃんと見えます) 最寄りのAコープで晩ご飯を買ってから行きましたが、奄美らしいものはそんなになかったです。 【よかった点】 ・広い： 2階建で、1階が寝室3部屋・バスルームトイレ、2階がキッチン・リビング・洋室、3階に広いバルコニーと2人利用にはとても広い。 ・備品がある： 使い捨てスリッパ、タオル、歯ブラシ、ティッシュ、キッチンペーパーなどは十分数がある。 ・景色と静かさ： 2階リビングからの眺めは素晴らしい。周りも静かで波の音を聞きながらソフベッドにひいてゴロゴロするのが至福でした。 【気になった点】 ・清掃が甘い： 全体的に清掃が雑い。廊下や椅子の上に砂？が乗っていたり、テレビや冷蔵庫にベタベタ触った後があったりしたので気になり拭きました。 ホテルライクやコンドミニアムな感じをイメージしているとガッカリすると思います。 (海が近いので劣化しやすさもあると思いますが、カーテンとか網戸とか手すりとかの汚れがところどころ気になりました。) ・キッチン備品が微妙 冷蔵庫の扉の向きが開けにくい方向だったり、冷凍庫が3段引き出しで使いにくかったり、フライパン使ったらすぐこびりついたり、な小さい不便がちょこちょこありました。 参考になると幸いです。

チェックインまでの質問には定型文の回答しか届かず、聞きたい回答になっておらず、 不安のまま到着。 事前のコミュニケーションも旅の醍醐味なのにガッカリ。そこは０点。 晴れたら最高。 美しい夕陽、満天の星空、奄美ブルー。素晴らしかったのに。 残念…。
