The apartment looks like an amazing place to stay. The reality is very different. We booked the apartment on the day that we stayed and I am pretty sure that the company that runs tha partmenr did not know we had booked it as I had to call as there were no instructions of how to access the apartment. I called the number eventually on my email and then had to do the check in process outside the property! It gets worse, eventually 15-20 minutes later we get into the apartment and there were ants on the table,and lots of crumbs on the place mats which were on the table, on the work tops and on the tiled floor. We complained and in fairness the host sent the cleaner to the apartment who came while we were out. Before we went out we decided to put our food in the fridge as we felt it was the only place that it was safe, but when we came back and went to our food, we found ants in our food. Interestingly the host sent in his confirmation email that there is an ant problem in the apartment. Surely in April this should have not have been an issue but it was. I asked for a refund as we felt the apartment fell well below the standard that we expected. Since my email that I sent 7 days ago I still have not had a reply, poor customer service. My advice is to not rent this apartment , not even for one night!!! If you do good luck
