Simple and basic hotel located very close to train station. Room had air-conditioning which worked ok. Hotel is based on first floor with very small lift so will take several trips if lots of luggage. Bathroom was very basic, with little shampoo and soap. Shower cubicle was very small. Ok for short stay, not recommended for longer trips.

I like this little gem at Roma Termini. It was a small, but quiet and all amenities worked fine. The 2 male staff members were very friendly and helpful (the evening of 6/17/2026 to the morning of 6/18/2026). I will stay at Hotel Touring again next time.

When arriving for check in we were early and were able to leave our bags, after arriving back and checked in we went to our room to shower up and refresh after a long flight only to find there were no towels, so another trip to reception. The room looked unserviced, but the bed was made, so we assumed it had been. The shower flooded the bathroom floor as there was no tray or doors just a shower curtain and the waste plug was blocked, the shower caddy had somebody’s half cake of soap still in it. Long black hairs were on the floor in the shower. No hair dryer or safe. There is a lift but very slow. I’m not the person who writes bad reviews, but I think we must have got the worst room in the hotel as it certainly didn’t look like the photos.

The reviews are accurate. We knew what to expect and that's exactly what we got. No more, no less. Think of having a sleepover at grandmas house vibe. Easy to unlock the airconditioner hold the up/down for 3-5 seconds. Power went out once. Micro sized shower. No plumbing problems. A place to sleep, close to termini and shopping, touring, and tons of food options. We felt safe. Things were clean. I would use this hotel again.

For two twenty-something girls traveling, and it being in Rome, I would recommend. It is very close to Rome Termini which is extremely worth it for luggage. It does get loud early in the morning, but that isnt the hotel’s doing. The first night, the charger box the AC and TV were plugged into stopped working, but the front desk staff fixed it very quickly, and the room was cold the rest of our 4 night stay. The part that held the shower head was taped up and didnt stay well, but the room was clean and cold and there are certainly way worse or way more expensive spots in Rome.

The staff was friendly and helpful- specially Mauricio. The hotel is located very conveniently near two metros -one of the stops takes you directly to Leonardo da Vinci airport. You can also walk to a lot of the main attractions. Even thought the hotel is located in the city center is was quiet enough to sleep well at night.
