The owner Claudia was fantastic. When we arrived at Interlaken there was a marathon race going on causing the bus to detour from a normal route close to the hotel. We called from the street and she came and found us and led us to the hotel. Her place is a little dated but was exceptionally clean. Claudia also had helpful suggestions on using the various lifts and funiculars. Location of hotel was great and a mere 5 minute walk from the Interlaken west station. Would absolutely stay there again.

An old hotel but kept clean. Small room but good enough for a couple who just want to enjoy what Interlaken got to offer. Staffs are friendly and courteous. Everything you need is closeby and walkable; transportations, restaurants, shopping, parks, whatever you think you might need. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The room was perfect for an affordable place to stay in Interlaken. We could see the paragliders from our window, were on one of the main streets in town and everything including train and restaurants we’re accessible by foot! Room was very clean and staff was extremely kind. Recommend hiking harder kulm and going to St. Beatus cave from here!

Very nice little hotel in the heart of Interlaken. Very warm welcome, room was clean, warm and very well maintained. Coffee machine available in the room. Despite being in the centre of the town there wasn’t much noise from the street, or from other guests as previous reviews have stated. The room was serviced each day to a high standard. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It was a decent place. Nice welcome but we did not see the staff much otherwise. They were accessible, though. Location was good but rooms are small. Bunk bed was squeaky so kids were complaining. Also it got a bit hot if the connecting door was closed but if we left it opened every time someone changed position in their bed motion detector light in the connecting area kicked in. Great location though. Great coffee maker and very good housekeeping.
