I loved this hotel. The rooms were quite useful with how they were spaced out. I really liked that the bathroom and shower were separate. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. When we arrived there was a small touchscreen to check in. We didn’t know the bar area doubled up as a check in desk and we struggled to use the screen as the booking reference wasn’t at hand. It was only after struggling for 3 to 4 minutes that the lady came over to assist with our check in. She was very helpful. There were too many smokers outside the main entrance. They should be told to smoke away from the main entrance. The breakfast was very basic and they ran out of things as the morning progressed. The TV did not work in the room and we had to call the engineer to fix it. The air conditioning wasn’t great and no instructions on how to use. However, the room was nice, good bed, clean corridors, nice gardens in hotel and good pizza in the evening
