Absolutely a fantastic view!!!! I would stay again! Restaurant was delicious and the staff at the hotel was helpful. When in Santorini take the bus. Easy, cheap and convenient. Taxi and driver transfers are over priced! I felt they were a waste of my money!!!!! Happy travels!

It was a nice stay. Our room had a sharing pool. We enjoyed the view of caldera and the stuff was very, very nice and helpful. The stuff was bringing us breakfast every single morning exactly at 9:00 a.m. whenever you can ask them they going to do that thing. They help us to set up some excursions at the really nice price. And highly recommend to use this property as you going to really enjoy the view and your stay

First, the view was the most beautiful of the sunset from our balcony. Sadly, our experience overall was disappointing. We stayed in a room that had an indoor jacuzzi. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi had issues and would drain itself very loudly all night long. We took multiple videos. We called the emergency overnight number twice and sent them videos, asking for someone to come in to shut it off for us so we could sleep. No one responded to our calls and we weren’t able to sleep that night. The staff did provide us with a late check out the following day so we could sleep after they were able to fix the jacuzzi, and offered us complimentary transportation to the port (€40 value). We were expecting upper management to be much more apologetic, perhaps offer us a discount on our room at the minimum. Unfortunately that did not happen. The staff wasn’t an issue, but the hotel management handling our issue was very poor in terms of customer service. With this experience I will never return to this hotel nor recommend it to others.

CasaSunsha in Santorini completely exceeded my expectations. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the rooms had that perfect blend of modern comfort and Cycladic charm. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, offering great local tips and even arranging sunset dinners. Just be ready for a few stairs and some late-night music drifting from the bar, it’s all part of the island vibe.

Love this place ! Absolutely stunning view from your room. The rooms are super nice with the “Santorini feel” white and cave like. Hot tub in the room ready to use;) Service was beyond:) They go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable. Special shout out to Maria our coordinator who was available at any time for last minute questions and recommendations. The restaurant on site is spectacular with live music at night. Breakfast was very good. Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at and my husband and I have travelled;) Highly recommend! Note there are many stairs to get to your room But staff does take care of your luggage:)

Right from the start we felt well taken care of.Nikkos ensured we found the property , he has a bell hop help us with our bags as you cannot drive there . All the staff were hospital , helpful and good spirited. We had breakfast each day and the menu options were plentiful. Big Shout out to Dimitri and Arafella who were always cheery and great to talk to . My apologies as I cannot remember the managers name however he checked in with us daily to ensure our 4 day stay was on track . Incredible spot in heart of Fira on cliffs edge , great restaurant on site with live music s checked throughout the week . We would definitely come back . Thank you for a memorable stay . Franco

Ficamos 3 dias nesse excelente hotel. Quarto ótimo, roupa de cama excelente, ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente. Chuveiro um pouco fraquinho, mas nada que desabone o restante. Nossa jacuzzi externa com vista para a Caldeira foi limpa todos os dias! Uma maravilha de estadia! Destaco a cordialidade dos funcionários, sempre a disposição!!! Café da manhã servido no restaurante, com tudo muito gostoso, por uma querida e atenciosa funcionária. Adoramos!!!
