The site is great - removed from the hubbub, modern rooms, with a lovely pool area. However, our experience staying there was not without issue, which impacts our review - but with a few changes to their customer service, it could be 5/5. We arrived to an engagement party in full swing, that had taken over the common area. It’s a small hotel, so it dominated the space. We were given no heads-up of an event, there was no-one on reception to greet us upon arrival, and when we were finally taken to our room we were told it’d be a couple of hours until it finished. We left the hotel three hours later with the party still ongoing, in search of a drink/food. There was no-one at reception our entire stay, and when we rang the reception number, no-one ever picked up. It took us ringing/WhatsApping three separate numbers to get hold of someone who would respond to our queries. Our bathroom door did not close fully - when I flagged this on WhatsApp, I was first told I was incorrect, and then when I pushed to have someone fix it, I was asked ‘out of curiosity, why do you need to lock it?’, which I found an odd question, and even odder to answer. The on-site restaurant, which we planned to eat at, was closed for the duration of our stay, and we had to eat out every night. We were given no advance notice. With clearer communication, and a skeleton service staff, none of these would have been issues. As it is, they cumulatively made our stay more disappointing than it should’ve been.

Authentic Maltese! A brand new property where you can enjoy silence and a beautiful view over the landscape falling down to the blu sea. Dinner was fantastic with fresh ingredients from nearby farmers (you need to reserve until 2 pm). Rooms are very nice, large and furnished with style. Xlendi is a 30min walk, and Victoria a 20min walk.I would definitely come back if I had the chance to.

First the view : amazing! You then enter Tuta, and the magic happens. Room is fresh, clean, and beautifully arranged. The pool is huge, surrounded with a beautiful garden of local plants. And you can order your preferred drink from your deck chair. Really enjoyed my stay, and hope I will be able to come again !
