Very clean room and all equipped , the basement room has non shared bathroom. Owner is very easy to communicate with, everything is fine for the price in Markham. There was some noises from ventilation heating system in the night , so you need ear plug to have a good sleeping

This only concern is the parking. We parked on the street. The owner helped us to register the car to the city per city's street parking polices. The location is very good especially is very close to new China town.

Overall i enjoyed my stay. The owner is very nice and the area seems safe. My recommendation is for the sheets and comforter to be washed more often. I kept feeling itchy when in the bed. Also, walls are very very thin. Other guests were having sex and/or arguing and you could hear everything. Other than that, I appreciated the amenities like the fridge, microwave, plates, and parking.
