Well worth the money

The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet, only the AC was a little louder than what I personally am used to. The sauna at the top floor and the late night pizza bar in the lobby were a nice little addition to an overall good experience.

Poor room

The ordinary room was awful, so after the first night we upgraded to a suite. In spite of showing the ‘make up room’ tag, the room was not serviced.

So many problems in such short time

We can all make mistakes and I understand that it is not always the fault of the staff if somethings are not working but then at least apologize. Here is a list of what I experienced during my stay from the 15-18 of January. 5x - gave up on finding anyone in the reception although it was supposed to be 24/7 4x - my keycard had to be re-configured because it had stopped working 2x - the sauna was cold 1x - I asked for late checkout but it was not put into the system so the cleaner tried to kick me out of the room 1x breakfast ended at 10.00 but already 9.20 Saturday morning there were no more pancakes, cakes, croissants and cheese Sometimes you got an apology from the staff and other times they seemed not really to care. The bed was soft which is the only positive thing I can say about the hotel unfortunately.

Kommunikation mellan restaurang och hotellpersonal verkade inte fungera så bra. vi kunde komma ner och äta efter fem sas det,dagen då vi anlände men klockan sju gick det inte att få mat, restaurangen var upptagen, så vi fick gå iväg och äta. Informationen vi fick om frukost var att det var fram till 10:30 men på måndagen när vi kom dit halv tio, var det stängt från klockan nio, så vi hann ta lite innan allt försvann.Det var en besvikelse. Annars var det rent och fint och personalen var trevlig men som sagt. inte så meddelsamma om vad som gällde

I rum 113 är displayen till ac:n trasig. Den var tyvärr lite för högljudd för min smak och när jag väl lyckades stänga av den så gick den på igen efter 30 minuter och väsnades men i övrigt ett fint hotell ☀️

Stannade ons-sön. Ingen som städade men kan va så att man får hänga ”please clean”-skylten på dörren. Men va ingen fara. Busshållplats precis utanför hotellet så inga problem att enkelt ta sig till t-bana. 10 min till Skärholmen till fots. God frukost o överlag trevlig personal. Finns litet gym.
