Excellent stay

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were kind, attentive, and helpful. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to walk to many attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.

Well located and comfortable hotel

This is a well located & comfortable hotel in a lovely historic ‘Baltic’ building. The rooms were very clean and the twin room (we eventually stayed in)was bright and airy & quiet. The service levels in the hotel are best described as ‘indifferent’. The room safe was locks shut but no one seemed to know how to fix it, the breakfast selection was not constantly replenished (constantly had to request replenishment of items). When we first checked in we were allocated an small dark attic room whose ceilings were too low and not practical for someone over six foot. Eventually we were offered the bright twin room on the first floor (shown on this website as the ‘superior’ twin we thought we were booking. We were told on check in that breakfast was included but in checking out we were charged £5 a day for breakfast (which was not value for money and we would not have taken had we known it was extra to our room rate).

Esperienza terribile! Mai più! Ho richiesto una "strictly no-smoking room". La prima notte si sente forte profumo di deodorante in camera, il giorno dopo si sente la puzza di fumo (ecco perché il deodorante!). Molte macchie di sporco sul pavimento, non rimosse neanche dopo la mia segnalazione. Serratura di sicurezza rotta! Tende oscuranti fanno entrare luce del sole (vedi foto). Hanno rifatto la camera e cambiato asciugamani solo 1 volta in 5 giorni, il giorno dopo intervento di Expedia, poi mai più. asciugamani ruvidi che "graffiano". Mi offrono una stanza con puzza di fumo (!), oggettivamente non è un'alternativa. Il giardino non esiste (vedi foto). Il Personale e receptionist non parlano inglese, complicato comunicare. Mancanza di professionalità e zero risoluzione dei problemi! (fa eccezione il signore al check out). La sera prima del check out avviso che parto alle 7.15; la receptionist, che non parla Inglese, con atteggiamento inadeguato, con Google translate dice che non è possibile, neanche un breakfast bag. A fronte di una colazione negata e molti disservizi non risolti, pretende, con fare scortese, il pagamento di "spese addebitate alla camera" senza saper specificare quali e senza ricevuta. Dopo lunghe ricerche, dice che sono per 2 cappuccini, consumati durante le 5 colazioni a buffet (già pagate/comprese nella tariffa). Ovviamente ho pagato, per evitare altri problemi. 4 euro per ogni cappuccino, più che a Roma. E Nessuna ricevuta. Che incubo!

Puzza di fumo in camera e nel corridoio, nonostante avessi chiesto una stanza strictly no smoke! Il primo giorno forte profumo di deodorante per camuffare la puzza di fumo . Terribile Passati effetto del deodorante, torna la puzza di fumo. Un stanza Varie macchie di sporco "cronico " sul pavimento, non rimosse durante in soggiorno. La Tenda oscurante fa passare la luce del sole, pertanto sveglia alle 6. Luci in camera troppo deboli, impossibile leggere di notte o la sera. In 5 giorni hanno cambiato solo una volta gli asciugamani sporchi, dopo intervento di Expedia. Poi mai più cambiati, né rifatto la stanza, nonostante le mie richieste. asciugamani molto ruvidi e vecchi, quasi "graffiano" . Reception non parla inglese e poco utile. Allucinante. Serratura di sicurezza rotta, aggiustata dopo 4 giorni. Il Giardino indicato nella descrizione non esiste. Per ogni cappuccino a colazione (che è compresa nella camera) mi hanno addebitato a parte, 4 euro ciascuno, più che a Milano. Colazione alla turca, prodotti locali. Ultimo giorno partenza alle 7.15 niente colazione a buffet (già pagata), nemmeno un breakfast bag. Solo uno scortese "no, colazione dalle 7.30" La struttura dell' hotel è molto originale, come pure la stanza. Per i numerosi disservizi avuti, per il loro persevedare ostinato, fin quando non cambia gestione, è un hotel da evitare! Non tornerò mai più in questo hotel , esperienza terribile, anche dopo il gentile e veloce intervento di Expedia.

Oda mobilyaları yıpranmış bir durumda, duşakabin içine su birikiyor ve çok dar zor duş alabiliyorsunuz. O da giriş ve banyo kapısı zor açılıp örtülüyor ve ses çıkartıyor tamir gerektiriyor. Kahvaltısı böyle marka bir otel için zayıf ve yetersiz, ayrıldığımız gün dahil 3 gün televizyon izleyemedik çalışmıyor.

Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar bir türlü Dedeman üyeliğime giriş yapıp puan kaydı yapamadılar. Hem girişte hem de çıkışta sistemin kapalı olduğundan bahsettiler fakat sonrasında da bu konuyla ilgili aranmadım.

Otelin konumu ve mimarisi harikaydı. Personel arkadaşlar fazlasıyla alakalı idi Resepsiyon hk. F&B kısmından çok memnun kaldık. Özellikle Merve hanıma çok teşekkür ederiz, yaklaşımı ilgisi ve alakadar oluşu bizi çok mutlu etti. Kahvaltısı fazlasıyla yeterliydi, harici cafe ve diğer ürünlerde bir o kadar tatmin ediciydi. Kaliteli nezih ve bir o kadarda donanımlı bir otel. Bir sonraki ziyaretimde tekrar ziyaret edeceğim. Teşekkür eder iyi çalışmalar dilerim.

Otelin binası çok hoş,eski rus mimarisi olması hoşuma gitti. Odam ve banyosu oldukça geniş ve kullanışlıydı. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Fakat havlu değişimi yapılması için 2 günün sonunda benim rica etmem gerekti,onun dışında günlük oda temizliği yapılmadı. Kahvaltı biraz daha çeşitli olabilirdi,örneğin en meşhur peynir olan gravyer yoktu ya da omlet seçeneği de yoktu.Ama genel olarak güzel bir otel,bir kaç eksiği dışında.

Odalar çok temiz ve genişliği gayet yeterliydi. Odadaki yastıklar benim için fazla sertti ama uygun bir yastık istediğimde hemen yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltı da oldukça güzeldi. Çalışanlar her daim güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Kahvaltı son derece başarılı. Otelin konumu şahane. Bu işletmede en çok çalışanları sevdik. Bizi hep güler yüzle karşıladılar, her gördüklerinde nasıl yardımcı olabileceklerini nezaketle sordular. Sıcak çayımızı hiç eksik etmediler ☺️. Kars tatilimiz uçak iptali ile kötü başlamasına karşın bu otel ve çalışanları sayesinde Kars’da şahane 2 gün geçirdik. Çok teşekkür ederiz

3 gece konaklama yaptığım Qrista by Dedeman’dan son derece memnun kaldım. Personellerin hepsi inanılmaz yardımcı. Kahvaltısı bence dışarıda Kars kahvaltısı veren yerlere gitmeyi gerektirmeyecek kadar iyiydi. Odalar temiz ve düzenli ancak biraz küçük içeride hareket alanı kısıtlı kalıyor. Otelin her yeri sıcacık dışarısı -20 bile olsa içeride üşüme imkanı yok. Oda temizliğini siz söylemezseniz yapmıyorlar. Tek eksik sayabileceğim yanı bu ama öyle önemli bir şey değil bence. Konum olarakta Kars’ın tam merkezinde sayılır her yere yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Bu güzel konaklama deneyimi için Qrista by Dedeman oteline ve çalışanlarına çok teşekkür ederim.
