We had a great time there. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. We were initially disappointed with the building as it looked poorly maintained, but once I opened the door of the apartment, everything changed. There were a few minor issues that didn't really affect us, such as a bad smell from the fridge and a shower gel dispenser that wasn't working properly. But, as I said, it was nothing major. Also, I feel that breakfast is unnecessary.

Room is pretty spacious and nice. AC is working very well. The stair cases is in very bad shape. Elevator is very small, can't event fit big luggages. I expected much more from this property. First we had to get through a restaurant to get to the apartment. The ceilings were very low. The heating was through ac and given that the ceiling was low, it was not confortable the ac. The bath was very small and was out of the suite. The bathroom from the suite only had a shower and washnasin (spacious) but no toilette. The floor of the apartment was uneven. Location was excellent.

Our original hotel room was in an area of the hotel that was under construction. Then we had a water leak from our AC unit. The staff were helpful in letting us know next steps for having things addressed and eventually upgraded us to a much nicer suite. I would recommend this hotel.

Clean and quiet

We had a great stay at this place. The location was very close and walkable to many attractions. It was very clean, spotless! Our unit seemed to be renovated recently, so all the appliances, furniture, sheets and towels seemed like new. We requested an upgrade from our original reservation to a bigger unit and it was accepted. we paid the price difference, but it was worth it. The unit was very quiet and we had great sleep at all nights. There were a few issues with the AC or door handle but the owner was very responsive and quickly sent someone to take care of issues. We are very satisfied and will be back to this place again in next trips.
