Staff are super friendly. Great location, close to lake beaches, cherry farms, wineries and Penticton. The family suite has perfect layout for a big family or a group of friends. We're 3 families and reserved two family suites. The staff kindly removed the wall in between the two suites and made it one huge suite. Everyone of us enjoyed the spacious living room, dorm-styled bedrooms, private patio and well-equiped kitchens. We had wonderful time visiting Naramata, Penticton & Summerland with lovly memories staying at Naramata Centre.

We liked the lay out of the space. We all found it strange that the bed was not completely made.Only 1 very flat pillow on the bed. There was no AC but the fans did a good job of keeping the sleeping area cool. the towels in the bathroom were very small and well used. I didn't mind that we needed to do the dishes, but I din't like having to sweep the floor with a broom that was so warn out that you couldn't sweep properly with it. The day before we had to check out, 2 women came into our area to check it out, as they had it rented for the next day. They had keys already and had we not been there at the time who knows what would have happend.

Just a lovely quiet spot to relax. A well stocked store within walking distance and also restaurants. And of course the lake and amazing beach again within walking distance.

Our stay at the Naramata Centre was disappointing. We paid hotel rates for an experience that was one level above camping. The Expedia site needs a rewrite to more accurately communicate the type of accommodation that is being offered. We were given an upgrade on check-in. The upgrade was likely in square footage, but not in style. The cottage was a very rustic cabin that didn’t reflect any of the photos on Expedia. Our cottage was like a family cabin that hadn’t seen improvements since the 1950s. We expected no air conditioning, but the dead bugs in the bathtub every morning, the requirement to remove our garbage/recycling and wash our dishes to avoid a cleaning fee, were unexpected. Towels were plentiful yet well-worn. No shampoo. A broom and dustpan greeted us by the front door. This location requires a 2 night minimum, so while we stayed both nights we argued whether we should ask for a refund and find a hotel. It seems unfair to charge hotel rates for overly rustic and minimalistic accommodation. In a closer look at the reviews (yes, lesson learned), there is ample information in the Centre replies to guest concerns. Much of this information should be added more openly to the Expedia site description and information. The photos on the Expedia site may feature their updated rooms, but that wasn’t our experience. Naramata is a gorgeous region. If you are considering accommodations at the Naramata Centre, know what you’re getting into first.

Perfect stay

Best experience I have ever had.

We had no idea that our room was basically a repurposed retirement home with a temporary divider wall between our unit and the neighbouring unit... linoleum floors, no way to securely lock your belongings, very bright overhead lighting, and hearing every word that the other guests had to say made for an awkward experience... Not worth the hotel room rates... Sorry!

You have such a gorgeous property yet there appears to be so much unused potential. Like Robson House for instance, that would make a beautiful rental property, and the cabins behind Maple lodge 200. The serenity is absolutely wonderful. It is such a peaceful place surrounded by pure Okanagan beauty.

The locks on the doors had just been changed and we had to ask for the sawdust to be cleaned up. When we asked it was done quickly. We would stay here again.

Property is outdated. No air con, no tv, dripping faucet. Charging hotel rates.

This place is run by a religious cult community over 200 a night didnt even have AC ... two tiny gutless fans. Shows a picture of the beach, well the room was way far away from the beach. Asked for a refund for the second night as i couldnt even comfortably sleep and now expedia says they wouldnt make an exception and refund me even though they implied that they would. Guess their going to hell after all.
