Wonderful location. Walkable to a ton of Rome to-do attractions. Very helpful staff communication on WhatsApp prior to arrival to make sure someone was on site to check us in. Provided many recommendations for food and attractions. Room had good shelving for luggage storage. Bathroom was beautiful. Bed was comfortable. Lift in the building was simple to use. Lovely to have a small cafe next door for morning coffee and breakfast!

Great location , compact, clean and cosy . Super helpful staff . Small but authentic lift is super nice . Gaining access out of hours is a challenge and check out is too early at 10.30 . Would definitely return .

This was an amazing place to stay! To me it seemed like it was a perfect middle ground to go to the Vatican City and to go see all the ancient Roman stuff at Palatine Hill and around that area. The room was great and had air conditioning too which just added to the benefits of this hotel. Highly recommend staying here!

Very clean and cozy apartment, walking distance practically to most of tourist destinations, restaurants, shops. Super friendly staff who went extra mile to be helpful, great communication. The room was ready before 2 PM, the staff were extremely nice and helpful. They helped us keep the luggage as our flight was in the evening. Perfect stay!

The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. Also check-in and check-out was easy to navigate. My only complain was some makeup stains on the towels one night when no one in our hotel had worn makeup during our stay. Besides that, it was a very comfortable stay.

What a cute little place! Ana was so helpful with directions and made everything clear re checking in. She even waited a bit later for me to make sure she was there to greet me personally despite directions for mobile check in.

Ana was so helpful. She arranged to have a car pick us up at the cruise terminal In Rome and take us all the way into the city. She made sure our room is ready at 10:30 in the morning even though check-in wasn’t supposed to be till 3 o’clock. Room was super duper clean. I couldn’t have been more impressed with the whole experience plus the location was extremely convenient and very central to everything.

The hotels is in a good location within a 30min walk to main tourist sites. Good access to cafes, restaurants and shopping. Access to the hotel is realtively easy but you must have excellent internet connection as you need to use your phone to open the door with a link tha is provided by the hotel. The lift doors if not closed on another floor means the list does not work. There are many stairs - if you have been walking all day as you do in Rome then climbing 3 flights of stairs is hard work. The room was small but well equipped. Comforable bed, kettle, tea and coffee. Clean bathroom with a lovely shower. You can contact the reception via whatsapp. You can also leave your bag in reception once you check out, but there is no where to sit and wait or freshen up. But again need internet access to get back in. I liked the place but it felt a lottle impersonal. I would class it as a room not a hotel. A bit expensive for what it was.
