Not good customer service or facilities.

Receptionist was unnecessarily difficult and rude. Kept wandering off and telling me to book in online but the online booking is not very user friendly. Rooms are very basic but you get what you pay for. I had booked a double with its own private bathroom. But only got a twin with shared bathroom. A/c room heating didn’t work, just looked like the box was installed in the room but not plumbed in or electricaly connected. There was a broken a/c unit outside on the balcony which made a horrendous racket all night. Not enough bedding provided to be warm as this was a winter stop.

J’ai réservé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel croyant qu’il était à Malaga, vu que c'était la ville que j'avais tapé dans l'application et que le mot Malaga était bien mentionné dans l'adresse. Quand j’ai reçu la validation de la réservation et que j’ai compris que l'hôtel n'était pas du tout dans Malaga mais dans un patelin à 1 heure de route, j’ai immédiatement essayé d'annuler la réservation, l'hôtel a catégoriquement refusé malgré qu’il restait plusieurs jours avant mon séjour et que c'était la dernière chambre, qu’ils auraient facilement pu relouer vu que c'était pour le WE en haute saison. Résultat j’ai payé 186 euros pour un hôtel que je n'ai pas utilisé, étant donné qu’il n’y avait pas de ligne de bus allant de Cadix à ce patelin et que j'avais déjà réservé tous mes billets de train et de bus pour et à partir de Malaga 😡😡😡

Værelset var ekstremt småt og indelukket. Badeværelset var fugtigt uden udsugning, og airconditionen havde kondensbeholder på værelset, som man selv skulle tømme, noget vi ikke var informeret om og først opdagede, da den løb over. Ingen rengøring under opholdet og mange restriktioner. Vi valgte at tage afsted en dag før og finde et andet sted.

Problemas para el cheking y esperando en la puerta con lluvia y frío. Me dicen que haber llegado antes cuando salía a las 22 del trabajo. El baño asqueroso. El aire acondicionado era muy ruidoso y viejo lo tuve que apagar.

Me dieron una habitacion horrible, sin ventilación. Me cambiaron a otra habitacion. No había luz. El código de la habitacion no funcionaba... En ningun momento se disculparon no me ofrecieron un descuento. UNA BIRRIA DE HOSTAL!!!
