Joan and Brian were fabulous hosts- so friendly and interesting to talk with.We were greeted immediately upon arrival and were asked when we would like to have breakfast served the following morning. We had a wonderful stay! Our hosts were welcoming, accommodating, and made us feel comfortable. Talking to them in the morning made us feel like we were old friends. Joan is an incredible cook who is conscious of food preferences/allergies and went out of her way to accommodate. Our room, the Queen Suite, was tremendously comfortable, clean, and stocked with everything we could need. We were provided with all door codes to come and go as we pleased. This is the cutest bed and breakfast I’ve ever been to! Joan and Brian were phenomenal hosts and treated everyone like family. Joan greeted us when we arrived, walked us through the cottage we were staying in and even provided us with snacks and drinks. They spent two years renovating the property and everything is gorgeous. Joan gave us a tour throughout her home and it didn’t disappoint. There are so many places to relax outside of your room and either enjoy time to yourself or visit with other guests. They even have a hot tub! Breakfast was also delicious! Everything was homemade including the muffins. Ask Joan about her plum muffin recipe. She was more than happy to share it with us. We will definitely return for another stay!

This property is unique in all the best ways! We loved the option to stay in The Cottage, which was adjacent to the main house, but afforded more space and privacy for my husband, my daughter and her friend, and me. The Cottage had everything we needed. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the main house the next morning with the rest of the guests. Would definitely recommend!
