Although we experienced a couple of issues upon arrival, including our assigned parking space being occupied and some difficulties with the automated check-in process, we were very pleased with how promptly and helpfully your staff resolved them. We especially appreciated the thoughtful gesture of the bottles of wine. It was a lovely touch and demonstrated that you genuinely cared about making our stay a positive experience. Great location and a really lovely 1 bedroom apartment tastefully done and with all amenities- even robes! For less than the cost of a hotel room in downtown Kingston. Our unit was newly built/renovated but with historical brick, high ceilings, full kitchen/breakfast bar, living area, bathroom with a big shower and lots of vanity space and storage. We were only there for a night for a Queens event for one of our daughters, but this unit would be completely comfortable for longer stays too. Easily walk to shops and restaurants on Princess, to Queens campus, and the waterfront. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Kingston. We had a slight issue with the check in code not working but messaged and it was rectified immediately. A great stay.

This property was newly renovated, and extremely clean. Communication with the host was excellent. It is tricky to find parking and it's not very convenient for unloading, etc. One suggestion is that a blind in the kitchen would be a great addition for privacy, since it looks directly into a neighbouring property. The building is beautiful but not in a very nice area; however it is close to downtown.

We had a wonderful stay at Dwell Hotel. The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was ideal, close enough to downtown to easily access restaurants and attractions, yet quiet and peaceful at night. Communication from the staff was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Dwell Hotel to anyone looking to stay in Kingston.

We really enjoyed this property but the check in process was very clunky and opaque, difficult to figure out how to contact the host. The integration between them and expedia is not good, messages were repeated, missed and late in arriving. We talked to another guest at the property who had the same experience so... it's a thing... but once inside with codes and keys, we really enjoyed it and have no complaints.
