Stunning spacious rooms, amazing views of the jungle area, felt very relaxed and zen in this hotel. We had a drink in the bar area and dinner at the restaurant one nigh - the food was good and lots of options. It is a short stay out of the centre but they did put on a paid shuttle service or could quite easily use grab, would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit Chiang Mai but stay out of the busy streets of the old town.

Very refreshing hotel, lovely design and definitely not as crowded. The room is well decorated and very clean, just slight delay at check in, perhaps the room has so much detail to take care of, totally understandable. Staffs are amazing and extremely friendly, this is one reason why I would definitely come back. Breakfast might not be the craziest buffet with five thousand choices, but for sure tasty and fresh, offers egg dishes of my choice served in minutes. Beverages are great too! Overall experience is beyond our expectation, would definitely come back for another cozy holiday!

I came to celebrate my birthday here and I was so well cared for. They surprised me and brought me a piece of cake in my room and sang me happy birthday, I thought it was the sweetest thing! Everyone there was also so helpful and gave me all kinds of recommendations for activities and food all over Chiang Mai. As far as the rooms and accommodations, it all speaks for itself oh my goodness. The whole space including the common space as well as the rooms are so beautifully curated. I felt so comfortable and luxurious but still connected to nature. I’d recommend this place for anyone wanting to go to Chiang Mai.

Beautiful boutique hotel

If you are looking for a quietness from the nightlife and bar and not too far away from the heart center. This boutique hotel is your must-to-go place. When i was searching for a hotel for me and my mom. It's the one i knew i have to book when i saw it on one of the Youtube videos. So happy i found it on Hotels.com and booked it with breakfast included. This hotel is not big but every corner tired with nature. Everyone who is working there (front desk, driver, housekeeping, bar and restaurant staff) are very friendly. We have breakfast every day and some dinners in their restaurant. Food are fresh and yummy. If you need anything, just give them a call, they bring it to your room. I booked their full day car-rental with the driver. The service was very professional. Definitely my mom and i had a great time there.

Poor for families, poor management.

Great looking hotel, piss poor performance , i booked the hotel for a family of four , two adults two children, they provided a single room with a king bed , i explained it was far too small , after many talks , i had too purchase another room to link thought at full cost . Now with the extra room the air conditioning stop working , reaching 41oc we reverted to the single room . I explained the situation to the staff in the morning,staff said no problem it will be fix when you return from your day out . We returned and still not work . We again reverted to the single room . Eventually the room was fully operational only problem we checking out ! My wife stood for 45 minutes for the refund for the room, for them to deduct breakfest from the total which already been paid for ! Absolute waste of time. We was also told to wait 45days for a refund .
