Staff was friendly and helpful. A shuttle van was provided to take and pick us up at a local restaurant. Driver was friendly and quick. The ocean view of haystack rock is outstanding and the rooms are sound proofed so ocean waves did not disturb sleep. Fresh cookies, candy, chips and water provided free. I can’t believe this is only a 3 Star Hotel. The staff treats you like you’re at the Ritz Carlton. They are absolutely wonderful, attentive and try to give you an amazing experience. The location cannot be beat. They offer complimentary breakfast, complimentary daily cheese and wine, complimentary snacks in the lobby and a complimentary turn down service each night with local chocolates and port wine. Additionally, they have a driver that will take you to Midtown or Downtown ..again, all complimentary. The room was very clean, a nice size, has a fireplace, a kitchenette and a large updated bathroom. Definitely recommend having dinner at the Stephanie Inn next door- it’s a 10 out of 10 experience.
