We recently stayed for 3 nights in one of the bungalows near to the beach. The room was perfect for a short stay in Chaweng - right on the beach, and close to the main bars and restaurants. 100% recommended.

Great location, staff is friendly. Pool amenities and beach club access is great for resort stayers. Definitely would stay here again and this is a genuine review. Restaurant was fantastic as well as the drinks. If you are good with the music running a bit late at night then no brainer. If not, maybe ask for a room far from the pool. That’s my best recommendation.

Great staff - very friendly and attentive. Room was nice but the bathroom layout wasn’t ideal; angled sink took up a ton of space without being super usable beyond washing hands, little counter space for toiletries, and the shower was either cool or scalding or no hot water. This seemed to be a known issue as the staff knew how to fix this, but it would still be either cool or scalding. Wet-room style so the toilet would get wet from showering along with the extra toilet paper roll. Room lock was just a basic button via the inside door handle and the safe is barely big enough for an ipad. No phone to call reception - contact via whatsapp or going in person. Directly under the plane flight paths. Beach lounge chairs required a minimum spend on food / drinks even for hotel guests. Location right off the main party strip.

Amazing stay! - We loved every minute of our stay at Elephant Beach Club & Resort, the only regret we had is we didn't stay longer! - The location was right on the strip, but not noisy at all! The staff were very friendly, and cared about all their guests, the food and drink options were brilliant. The views and the access to the beach was a bonus, it was incredible and I cannot wait to come back!

Lovely hotel, great food, good service, lovely rooms although mattress is firm - Saturday nights are party nights till around 3am so earplugs recommended for this night if not staying up.

I can’t recommend this hotel. I basically never write reviews, especially negative ones, but this time I have to. The water and toilets did not work properly during the first couple of days, and there was no hot water. There are no phones in the room to call reception, so you have to go there in person. The shower pressure was poor and the shower head was not fully functional, with water only coming out of some of the holes. The sink had black mold. A member of staff served red wine and spilled it on my new shoes, ruining them completely. At least I got a “sorry”. It wasn’t all bad: the food was okay and the portions were good. I would not stay here again and do not recommend this place to anyone, especially given the price, as there are much better options available.

Amazing!! Book this place!! Beautiful hotel with friendly helpful staff. Really close to shops, bars and restaurants but still managed to be peaceful. Lovely birthday surprise decorations in my room :-) Wish we had stayed longer!
