施設名に「ホテル」を謳っているわけですので、ホテルとしての評価をします。 不満の全ては「狭さ」です。事前にしっかり「宿泊する部屋」（部屋？）の写真などを確認しなかったこちらにも非がないとは言いませんが、曲がりなりにも「ホテル」と謳っているわけで、2人分のキャリーバッグを広げることするらできない、こんな狭さの空間に通されるとは想像もつきませんでした。シャワー・トイレも共同、シャワーに至っては何かしらの強制収容所かな？と疑うレベル。「ホテル」ですよね？ また、メイン館内にはエアコンが効いていましたが、室内（と呼ぶのも憚られる狭さですが）にはエアコンはなく、小さなサーキュレーターのみ。かなり暑い日だったせいもあり、パンイチでないととても寝付けませんでした。そして、部屋（部屋？）では「電話はかけるな、夜は喋るな」というルールも、「ホテル」という名称から予想できるものではありませんでした。 百歩譲って、（後で知りましたが）コンセプトは良いです、シャレオツなのも分かります。ただ、中は、少なくとも私が宿泊した部屋（部屋？）は、強制収容所かドヤ街のタコ部屋、「ホテル」じゃありません。ここは「ホテル」ではなく、ピンからキリまで色々な部屋（部屋？）を借りられる、非常に特殊な宿泊施設です。「ホテル」を謳ってさえいなければ、こんな需給のミスマッチは起こらなかったはずであり、返す返すもそこが残念です。 このような、誰も幸せにならない悲劇を繰り返さないためにも、早々に改称されることを、施設側には勧めたいと思います。

施設は新しくて清潔、部屋もドミトリーと個室があり快適でした。特筆すべきはサウナで、水風呂はキンキンに冷えていて、外気浴、内気浴、焚火もしてくれます。貸切の時間帯でしたがスタッフさんの好意で一人で利用させていただきました。宿は知床観光船の事故で落ち込んだ地域を活性化させたいとの思いで宿を始めたようで、昼は食事も提供していて地域の方で混雑していました。次回は食事もしたいです！

ドミトリーでしたが、個人のスペースが確保されていて居心地が良かったです。下のレストランがラウンジとして使用できるようでしたが、おしゃれな感じなので、そこでカップラーメンなどを食べるのは空気を壊す気がしてちょっと憚られました。施設は全体的に清潔で良かったです。スタッフの方も丁寧で安心できました。

このようなドミトリータイプの宿を初めて利用しました。施設内は綺麗で、足音は多少聞こえますが、個人のスペースも確保されており、夜も静かで快適に過ごせました。無駄が省かれており、このような料金もうなずけます。コスパ最高！スタッフさんの対応もよく、次回もまた宿泊したいと思いました。ありがとうございました。
