The room was great. However it was very very dark despite the multitude of lights. The toilet could have been a bit more accessible. Other than that it was walking distance to the airport which was perfect.

One of our two rooms was very noisy, as its window was literally right next to the road. The noise from the motorcycles was horrible, especially at night. The toilet in that room also had no running water for quite a while. The electricity was also cut off at around 9 a.m. for no apparent reason. It was quite frustrating not being able to flush the toilet. Luckily, our friends’ room was fine, and we were leaving at 9:30 a.m. for our flight anyway. The studio itself was very nice and well-equipped with all the necessary household appliances. It was also only a 12–15 minute walk to the airport. As long as you get the right room, it can be the perfect choice for a night before your flight. Finally, a big thank you to the customer service staff and the cleaning staff, who were all very friendly and helpful. They also kindly helped us with an early check-in, which we really appreciated.

Great place to stay so close to Malta Airport

We stayed at Talbot & Bons and we had such a great stay, stunning studio flat just 10 minutes walk from the airport so convenient and so comfortable. We Loved the marble bathroom with bath and shower and the comfortable king size bed. We have booked already another stay! Highly recommend.

Despite the initial inconvenience, the overnight stay proved to be satisfactory. However, the room I was assigned to was poorly lit, with the bed lights and air conditioning malfunctioning. While the property met the basic standards of cleanliness and proximity to the airport, the driver encountered difficulties locating the hotel due to the locals’ unfamiliarity with the establishment. The staff member I interacted with exhibited impatience when providing instructions. Nevertheless, I managed to have a restful night after a challenging start. It is advisable to be cautious, as there are other properties in the vicinity with the same name.

Stayed at the studio and oh my gosh we wish we could stay for more than one night. Everything is so nice and they have everything you need. There’s a nice little convenience shop right next to it and the gentleman working there is very nice and helpful. The walk to the airport was quick and easy for a 7 AM flight. Stay here and you won’t regret it!

We only stayed the one night as we had an early flight. About a 15 min walk to the airport. There is a convenience shop opposite. We taxied to and from Bormla for a drink and meal. Apartment clean and quirky with air con and a comfy bed. Our room faced the road which was a bit busy but we got to sleep ok.
