Though dated, this hotel was nice. Clean with good service. The only reason I did not give it better reviews was when I booked online. I booked a Jacuzzi room but did not get one. I would however stay again.

If your only objective is to save money then this property will suffice. The other hotels in Evanston are very expensive. Room seemed clean but the property has seen better days

Nice travel on a budget

This is a nice affordable hotel. It's a mix of travelers and local workers. We've stayed there twice and it's a good value. The restaurant is temporarily closed, so check if you need it before booking.

We had a queen suite, lovely spacious room with separate kitchenette. Bed, room and bathroom were clean. Would be a nice stay during snow season. No breakfast with booking.

Good for cost

Staff serveice was great. The person who came in and cleaned the room was great. The parking lot is a bit broken down and very small parking spots when most cars there are trucks and a lot of construction workers stay there. No amenities, no pool, breakfast or other things. Very close to stores and restaurants.

Hotel needs updating but from the story I heard it’s only a matter of time until it closes. Very unfortunate to hear of the owners passing. 3 working tv channels. No elevator. Restaurant isn’t operational. No breakfast. For a cheap place to stay it does the trick and I have experienced much worse from other higher rated places!
