10/10 Exceptional

I can absolutely recommend the hotel. My friend needed to get medical help and the hotel reception team was amazing. They helped her in every way possible. Thank you so much for that. The room was clean and very quiet. Great beds as well. Breakfast was really nice and included everything I needed to get a great start to the day. I will definitely use this hotel again and give it my best recommendations.

Breakfast was good - not outstanding. Unfortunately, our rooms were smelly, so we needed to air it out two times a day. Service was friendly and the location was very good!

Solid hotel, quiet and comfortable. Like this chain for a short in and out. Breakfast options seemed slightly more limited than in previous visits but I made do.

6/10 Good

The hotel is well located. I think it gets the job done if you're looking for a place for a short stay. I would not recommend staying in this hotel for more than 1 night though. The rooms are very small and the A/C was barely working. A little pricey for what it really is.

6/10 Good

Okay for the price.

The location was great and the price for 2 nights was decent. Close to the SBahn and Zoo and direcrt line from the aiport. But bathroom tiny, and couldn't have any air in the room and close curtains. Terrible layout and made the room uncomfortable as for the window to open curtains had to be wide open and full view of the bed to the open window.

8/10 Very good

Everything was great and relatively safe except that smell from lots of homeless sleeping on the way from and to the zoologischer garten station!
Verified review

8/10 Very good

Was shocked to see the room given after a long waiting was either currently occupied or not cleaned initially, but then reception changed my room. Should have a laundry bag in the room at least.

HOT ROOM!

Their air condition doesnt work! My room was BURNING hot, and I woke up many times during the night. The train also woke me up. Usually I really like Motel one, but the price for this one is just WAY to high, to not have a good nights sleep. I will probably look elsewhere next time unfortunately :(

Bien placé, la chambre 666 est immense. Petit déjeuner assez basique. Bon café. Pres des bus et métro

Siisti perushotelli. Vanha hotelli mutta remontoitu. Lähellä paljon palveluita sekä hyvät kulkuyhteydet.

Bra medelklass hotell. Inget extra på rummet som kyl, vattenkokare, glas etc men bekvämt i övrigt.
