Excellent location and friendly, helpful staff. Laundry facility a plus. In-room fridge and coffee/tea would be helpful.

8/10 Very good

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was in a fantastic location, super convenient. The room was clean and had everything we needed (although, we didn’t see a fridge, which would have been a bonus). The staff were very friendly and welcoming, overall the hotel had a great vibe and we’d definitely come back. The only downside was the washers/dryers. I understand not everyone requires them, but having more than two of each would be really good for long term travellers. Other than that, an excellent experience - highly recommend!

This was an exceptional hotel with attentive, considerate staff and well-appointed rooms. The location was great for walking with close proximity to bars, coffee shops and restaurants. We loved the breakfast and bar options and the common area was quiet and relaxing.

The hotel was really good. It was central and well connected via the underground. It was clean and had all the things we needed. We particularly liked the Galley stations with ironing board, teas and coffees that were accessible to all. The bar was really nice, and we had the opportunity to get a free drink there as well! The rooms were very well equipped, nothing missing. And the staff was very friendly.

The Ruby Hanna is in a great location. The train to and from the airport is minutes away. The rooms are comfortable and really well thought out. The bed was heavenly and the sheets and other linens were immaculate. They have pared down the unnecessary stuff and thought about what makes a stay enjoyable and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again

Hotel was hidden inside a bar. I must of missed that when booking. It took us a bit to find. The room was nice and clean although laid out oddly.

We have inquired about other Ruby Hanna hotels around Europe and would loved to book more travels with them. My wife and i have been travelling for a week and have stayed in few hotels but Ruby Hanna tops the most. Awesome staff!
