All of the staff were friendly and helpful and even organised transport to a local spa for massages which were very good value. Our room was air conditioned, cleaned daily and toiletries, towels and drinking water were also replenished. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety. There was a 15 minute walk into the touristy beach area but that suited us. The bar and restaurant food were reasonably priced and available until late. The pool was a haven in the heat with poolside food and drinks available. We had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely return.

We thought the customer service here was excellent. Very attentive staff. It was the small things that were appreciated, movie nights, free popcorn, cold fruit sticks, live music nights, kite flying. We had a fantastic stay at the Bayou. It is a really nice setting, and the pool an absolute highlight with plenty of sun loungers. It was lovely to enjoy a cocktail by the pool, and complimentary popcorn in the afternoons which was a nice touch! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooms very clean. We looked forward to breakfast every day! It had an excellent selection with some new options each morning, so delicious. Would absolutely recommend and would stay again - we stayed 8 nights but would have loved to stay longer!
