Not only was it the perfect location with the nicest beach in front of us steps away, but the service was spectacular! From reserving our beach beds to setting us up with a couple private tours that we wouldn’t have otherwise found! Maria our hostess was amazing! We are at play and she sent us videos on how to get in without any issues & The apartment was fabulous, tons of space, a beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean and super clean!! Would recommend anyone stay here who is looking for luxury and is within footsteps of many restaurants!

Best vacation ever!

We had an absolutely incredible time at Ostrakon Suites! We loved Crete but spent the majority of our time at the hotel relaxing as a family. Maria took such incredible care of us, she attended to every need, especially when we arrived with two small children after a VERY long 24+ hours of travel, she made sure I had the right milk for my baby and the suite was set up so I could get the kids to sleep right away. We truly can’t say enough good things about our stay here, it was perfection thanks to Maria and her staff, we will definitely come again soon!

Everything about Ostrakon was great. Maria was amazing and was able to accommodate everything for us seamlessly. There was little to no effort needed to get what we needed or get where we wanted to go. We rented cars through her, booked taxis, booked dinner reservations, and more. I can’t say enough great things about our weeklong stay at Ostrakon Suites. Firstly, I would give this place 10 stars because of our amazing concierge Maria. She is so incredibly kind and genuinely loves to make sure all of her guests have an unforgettable stay. She always went above and beyond for us, offering fun recommendations and helped us arrange everything from romantic dinners to an awesome boat adventure to Balos beach. The property itself is pristine, spacious and beautiful, while being in the best location in Agia Marina. Everything we could ever need was conveniently just a few steps away. I have already recommended this place to everyone I know and already plan to be back next summer! Thank you thank you thank you!

We had a wonderful week at the Ostrakon Suites! Everything was PERFECT! The rooms have a very modern and sophisticated interior, an absolute wow factor when you walk in. You have everything you need in the room (even a pretty beach bag!) and the cleanliness was excellent. The location of the hotel couldn't be better, absolutely perfect. It is right on the beach, so you can even hear the waves from your room. The beach area was the best on Agia Marina Beach. All the good beach clubs and restaurants are within walking distance. The bus stop for the bus that goes to Chania is right in front of the hotel. But the best thing about the hotel is Maria! She is the most amazing host we have ever met! No matter what you want or need, Maria was there. She had the best recommendations that never disappointed. She surprised us one day with something that won our hearts and that we‘ll always remember because it was such a lovely gesture. She made us feel like we were good friends and without her our vacation would not have been the same. A wonderful personality, who you want to meet again, so one day we will hopefully be back!

Ostrakon

I stayed here for 12 nights and was very happy. It had all mod cons including a kitchenette to make your own meals when I felt like it and it was cleaned daily. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable and included a balcony so you could watch the sun go down. It was also very close to the beach (with complimentary access to your own sunbed) and restaurant. The manageress Maria was also very helpful. Any issues I had were resolved as soon as possible. When it came to recommendations for sight seeing I was also given a map of the area for reference which was great.

Appartement grand, moderne et très propre. Terrasse magnifique avec jacuzzi vue mer. Personnel très agréable à la réception (merci Maria) et même en amont pour préparer le voyage. Petit déjeuner inclus très copieux, préparé avec soin et à déguster sur la plage c’est top. Emplacement les pieds dans l’eau avec beaucoup de très bons restaurants autour. À 30 minutes de l’aéroport de la Canée.

Manageren Elena og ansatt Maria var superhjelpsomme. Leiligheten er perfekt for barnefamilier. Veldig bra lokalisert med stranda rett ved, samt supermarket og gode restauranter nærme. Daglig rengjøring var supert å ha. Bassengtilgang ved et annet hotell dersom man ønsker. Kommer gjerne tilbake her.

Nydelig lite hotell med 7 rom. Helt nytt og fresht! Utrolig hyggelige ansatte. Vi storkoste oss! Ikke basseng men man får reservert solstoler rett på stranden. Vi hadde også boblebad på verandaen. Ligger supersentralt til og Agia Marina er et veldig fint sted med gode restauranter og veldig bra strand!

Uskomattoman hyvää asiakaspalvelua, meidän viihtyvyydestä huolehdittiin aidosti. Huoneessa oli todella hyvä ilmastointi ja huone siivottiin päivittäin kun olimme vain hetken poissa. Aamupala ravintolassa henkilökunta oli yhtä vastaanottava ja lämmin! Saimme jo saapuessamme huoneen 4 tuntia ennen check-in aikaa, ja lähtiessä saimme käyttää yleisiä tiloja vielä 7 tuntia check-out ajan jälkeen, mikä helpotti oloa helteessä paljon. Vastaanoton Maria auttoi kaiken kanssa mitä pyysimme, mitään asiaa ei tarvinnut jäädä pohtimaan ja odottelemaan vaan asiat hoituivat saman tien! Olemme todella tyytyväisiä kaikkeen ja tulisimme mikä tahansa päivä uudestaan!

Estacionamento do lado, apto todo novinho e muito limpo! Maria foi muito atenciosa , muito simpática. Ágia Marina onde está o apto fica a +_ 25 minutos da cidade de Chaniá, nós adoramos ficar fora da cidade, q é bem cheia e difícil de estacionar o carro. Vamos voltar e ficaremos no mesmo apto e mais tempo !
