Staff was great and helpful. Brunch was plentiful and worth the cost. Room was spacious. The beds were kind of cheap and not really comfortable. The welcome and staff were great, and we got parked up with guidance from the helpful staff. The location of the hotel is also great with bars and restaurants very close by, including a restaurant bar next to the reception area. Our suites were lovely and large and they provided free macaroons and fizz in the the room. The not so great parts were the rooftop pool area, not having enough beds and seating for guests, so we ended up being unable to use this facility as expected, they also had no bar/drinks area up there, which made it feel very secluded. Secondly, the gym was not as advertised, having only a couple of cardio machines, not the advertised resistance machine. I tried to use what I soon realised was a defective cross trainer and it injured my leg whilst trying to use it, actually drawing blood on sharp exposed edges, so gym ended up being an absolute disappointment and disaster. Otherwise an ok stay in a lovely city.

Huge disappointment with this "Spa" Hotel. Booked this hotel with great expectations of using pools, saunas, etc but we discovered during our check in that is needed to pay to use it and with for limited time. Nothing is mentioned when you book and it is misleading since they promoted with nice pictures of the spa. Rooms are good but a bit noisy. Windows are directly above an atrium with chairs for guests and you can hear eco from people speaking. Breakfast is good with a nice mix of fruits, breads, cakes and hot food.
