I made a mistake. I should have read the reviews before paying for this hotel. If I had, I would have gotten another hotel. The reviews are correct: It is a very old, unrenovated hotel whose walls and floors are too thin to block the noise from the very loud dance floor within the building. The hotel hosts weddings all the time, so the entire hotel is subjected to very loud music until at least 2 am, frequently on weekends. There is no room in the entire hotel where one can escape the music, as the front desk told us. If you are determined to come, be sure you are a guest at a wedding; otherwise, you will have to suffer through it. Even people speaking next door were clearly audible. In addition, the hallways had a weird odor, and the air conditioner was too loud to allow us to sleep. On the positive side, the coffee at the bar was outstanding.
