New facility. Clean and quieteith shared bathrooms but they were just like you would find in a house. Staff very friendly. Think “university dormitory” instead of hotel. If you just want a place to sleep thats safe, clean and quiet its perfect. Has big kitchen available if you want to cook in but I didn’t use it

Too many kids in the common room. Thin walls and ceilings. Parents were not monitoring the kids and using the room as a babysitter. Not considerate of other guests. Other than that. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Easy to access and bathrooms were a short step away from the room. The parking lot was tidy and a grocery shop was attached to the property which is highly convenient.

Check-in was very slow. The room smelled like cigarettes. The following morning they lost the power and no staff was there to help their customers at all. I had to find the fire escape to get out of the building myself, and had to leave voicemail to tell them where I left the key since no one was there at all.

Staff support was lake, I met them only on the check in, the agent wasn't nice. Other thing, they kept a copy of my ID, this is the first time i book a hotel her in Canada and I'm asked to provide an ID, I'm not comfortable letting my personal info anywhere, especially in an open laptop in a grocery store! Is this Expedia rules or this hotel's rules I need to know cause this is my first time booking by Expedia hopimg it will not be the last one. This place was so dodgy... its above a grocery store, the staff really only spoke Spanish, there was shared bathroom with no toilet paper, the single doorknob on the room was barely on the door with one key and while the room itself seemed fine, albeit small, it smelt badly of smoke. There were a bunch of people doing laundry in the common area and the common kitchen was a large closet. We left immediately, ate the $100 and went to the Best Western. I couldnt recommend this place less...

Decent Stay, but Hygiene Issues Made It Uncomforta

For the price, it was a great option. Check-in was super simple, and all the amenities were nice and modern. I had everything I needed in my room, which helped me stay focused on the reason for my trip. Unfortunately, the sheets were dirty, and I found several bugs throughout the room — including a couple in the bed. I’m chalking it up to bad luck, but it made me very uncomfortable, especially since it was my first night in a new country. Overall, an okay stay, but not the best first impression.

No bathroom in the rooms and the VIP rooms are terrible too!! Problem with the lighting!! Keep me up all night long!! The smell of the curry from the kitchen was everywhere and every night!!! Not recommended
