Hotel nestled on a small street, which is difficult to maneuver with a larger car, so we had to wheel suitcases down a cobblestone street a short distance. Nearby free parking is not too far away. Hotel check in was easy, though staff not overly friendly or helpful. The room itself was nice and spacious, along with a very spacious bathroom. Only downside was it was quite warm and air conditioning did not seem to cool enough at night. Nice selection for breakfast and appreciated the free water bottles in the room.

The room was a good size with a view over the small pool. The hotel was smart and modern, but the only problem was access - the streets of the old town are extremely narrow and it was impossible to drive to the hotel door. We arrived early enough to be able to park in the hotel’s underground car park round the corner, but getting in there wasn’t easy either. Having now negotiated the access, we would definitely stay here again and for more than one night.

Awesome stay!

Fantastic hotel, location and loved the restaurant as well, a must. Pool area was fabulous and we had a wonderful time. Only issue was the height of the bedroom doors, I am 6’3” and the doors might be 5’10”. There should be a sticker by the key fob to remind guests to watch their heads.

We were allocated in a nice spacious suite (with stairs to access), well equipped, would recommend softer smaller pillows. Staff very friendly. Pool excellent place to cool off the heat, and more hamacs suggested. Hotel has parking nearby. Overall short but very nice stay, and we will stay here again if we are back in Baeza.

This is a beautiful hotel. It had a very historic feel and had the most beautiful lounge areas. Our standard bedroom was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom was fine, just needs a bit of a small upgrade. The outdoor area is wonderful. So quiet and peaceful. Pacos Bar served some of the tastiest local food. Amazing. The staff were so friendly. I cant fault them. LOVED this hotel and Baeza.

In January, out of season, the bar and restaurant were closed. I was unable to make a good night herbal tea as there was no kettle on in the room. The TV was tiny and not adjustable to make for easy viewing except in bed.

El hotel es precioso, en un edificio singular y muy bien mantenido, con una limpieza excelente y en una ubicación magnífica junto a la catedral. Es posible aparcar en la calle cerca. Las habitaciones son bonitas y grandes. Las almohadas son muy gruesas y duras. Tal vez tendríamos que haber preguntado si tenían otras almohadas disponibles, porque en la habitación no habían otras. La piscina aunque pequeña es agradable para poderse refrescar en un patio hermoso con vistas a la torre de la catedral. El desayuno es suficiente pero no tiene el nivel de un 4 estrellas. El personal es agradable y servicial. Hubo un concierto en el patio del hotel del que no teníamos conocimiento al hacer la reserva por Hotels. La música se escuchaba muy alta. Nos habían dicho que terminaría a las 12.00 h, pero en realidad terminó a las 12.40 h. Podría volver a este hotel, pero antes comprobaría si tienen algún evento programado porque buscábamos un sitio para poder descansar.
