Do not stay at this hotel unless your looking for horrible ever after experience. If you’re used to good hotels this is not it.Manger was rude and asked not be bothered with questions or request. Right from the start I requested ride from airport via email and got reply a rejection . The manger Refused to send cleaning or supplies to room bc it’s only once a stay, including toilet paper and soaps. Room has dirt and bugs everywhere and especially under beds. Fridge and A/C don’t cool at all. Breakfast included is samples I had it once only. Worst hotel stay of my life

Room was not clear at all. Aircindirioner was not working. There was a door oppens to fire exit and can not be locked. There were not water in the room. I call manager for all those issues manager did nott care at all. When i ask a water hr tell me that you can go buy from market. I was at honeymoon with my wife. We leave the hotel at 1 p.m and find a new hotel. I pay for 3 night but did not stay a single night. When i try to leave the hotel manager chase me and grap my suitcases and me he try to hold me in hotel. I leave my wife in a new hotel and went to police office to make a complain at 2 p.m. I ask them to pay me at least 2 night payment. But they pay me nothing. I hope no one goes this hell.

Bad Hotel

The hotel is horrible, no services at all. No hot water in the bathroom, the Internet was not connected, the staff was very bad and not friendly at all, they didn't allow us to open the AC if we are not in the room and they took the room key when we left the room to close the AC, no one is there to carry your luggage and you need to carry it over the stairs

I would not recommend anybody this hotel. The apartment is absolutely terrible. The room we had to book instead was also terrible and very expensive!! The rooms had mold, the blankets had stains, the room was only cleaned twice even though they say, they clean the rooms daily. Would never ever go back there! Only one guy who was there was very kind and tried to help us, the rest was terrible. Once you ask anybody something and turn your back to them they start cursing you in turkish, which is ridiculous!!!

Avec le prix et l'emplacement, le mépris...

Bien situé et pas cher... Mais pour le reste, surtout l'amabilité du personnel. Un de ses membres m'a même menacé car, excédé d'attendre une plombe pour ma clé, j'avais trop sonné la cloche. Totalement hors de lui, il m'a demandé de me calmer... LOL. Bref, à part le prix et l'emplacement....

Vergammelter Keller & Skrupelloser Receptionist

Bei der Ankunft war der Empfang schon unfreundlich und der Herr fragte sofort ob wir Fotos von der Unterkunft dabei haben. Er sagte es werde uns sicher nicht gefallen. Er begleitete uns in einen Keller, in einer Strasse hinter dem Hotel, wo es schon überall nach Katzenkot und Urin roch. Um hinunter zu gelangen, musste man über eine Truhe steigen. Zusätzlich behauptete er, dass die Buchung nur für 3 Personen ohne Kind sei, obwohl der Name des Kindes aufgelistet war. Im Keller angekommen war es einfach schmuddelig, nach Katzen stinkend, schimmlig. Uns gefiel es gar nicht. Er sagte selber Schuld, das sei das was wir gebucht haben!!! Danach wollte er uns ein anderes Zimmer anbieten, welches mehr als doppelt so teuer war. Wir wollten dann das Zimmer sehen, was ihm nicht passte und ungern einwilligte! Nachdem meine Frau das Zimmer sah, welches auf den ersten Blick vom Rand des Zimmers gut war… War er eingeschnappt, und schrie meine Frau und meinen Sohn an. Sie sollen nicht mit ihm reden, in die Ecke sitzen, sonst können wir gehen. Das Geld hat er aber behalten! Danach haben wir uns spät abends mit einem Kind eine andere Bleibe suchen müssen !!!!!! Einfach unter aller Sau! Nebst der Unterkunft war der Mann an der Réception unanständig und frech
