The place was really one of the two cleanest places I've ever stayed in the US. As it's a private flat without daily cleaning I was concerned that there might be cleaning challenges, but there was no need to worry, which made our short stay very enjoyable.
Luckily the WeHost team was ready on hand, even at midnight when we checked in after our flight was delayed by two hours, plus on WhatsApp so that I could send my and our guest's IDs. Parking requires a form to be completed which did take a while to finalise but the team sent me a link to pay for the parking very quickly when I first mentioned it, which meant it was saved in WhatsApp rather than my having to search for a link. Especially as I booked through Expedia, which doesn't have a good messaging facility, I appreciated being able to Whatsapp them, and know that i could get an answer pretty fast.
The property was in top condition; the blinds have seen better days but they were clean, and one of the light switches I couldn't get working, but no complaints. I appreciated having a couple of washing machine tablets too, and there were also a tablet for the dishwasher as well as Dawn dish soap, cutlery, toaster and kettle, none of which we needed, and fridge freezer (the ice wouldn't dispense but we could do it manually using a big spoon) & sink.
The place is spacious and clean, the area & building are beautiful, the team is responsive, and there is great food (Extreme Pizza!) nearby, plus Costco & the Metro - perfect!
