Rude Clerk!
Well, the check in was such a horrible experience that we decided not to stay. Our son tried to get a separate room than us, and the clerk refused to give him a room. Even after we explained that we had our separate Hotels.com room than his, she still rudely refused him a room. We went to a different hotel. Later, the person who was going to check in after us was seen out our alternate hotel. So that clerk LOST 3 ROOMS that night with her rudeness and poor service.
