Amazing experience. The property is far from the SMN station but can be easily arrived at through the local tram. The staff is super helpful and very friendly. The brkfst was also nice and the nearby area is also great. The only request if a TV can be provided in family room.

Hotel was really nice, breakfast was excellent, staff was very helpful, close to the tram, room with a nice view from the balcony, laundry facilities onsite was very convenient. One interesting tidbit is that the toilet was inside the shower so after taking a shower, toilet was all wet. Hotel is also in a residential area so dining options are very limited.

Florence’s best kept secret! Large clean rooms, ours had a large balcony so we could easily sit outside. On quiet residential street with supermarket at one end and bistro at other. Few minutes walk to T1 tram line which runs regularly to midnight. Exit at S.M Novella Train station and then straight walk down to centre of city in 10mins. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Large social common room. Did hear some noise from other rooms but overall great stay.

Friendly and professional

This is a very friendly and professional facility in proportion to its prices with a decent location, an excellent breakfast option and fast wi-fi connection. The fridge and hair dryer in the room were particularly appreciated as well. The only problem during this time of the year were the mosquitoes, which kept getting inside the room despite all the windows closed. Perhaps some anti-mosquito air fresheners could be added to the rooms to address this. Overall, I recommend this hotel for a variety of stay types in Florence.

Lugar lindo, um pouco distante do centro histórico, mas a cidade é grande e os meios de transportes são ótimos e eficientes. Supermercado completo perto, na mesma rua, restaurantes etc. O que falar da equipe: excelente! Destaque pra Giovani que foi simpático demais e extremamente atencioso nas informações. Lugar moderno, café da manhã perfeito e completíssimo! Voltarei à Florença e quero ficar ali novamente. A única coisa que proporia é colocar um box na área do banho, a cortina deixa o banheiro todo molhado. Apenas isso, perfeitas as demais coisas!

객실은 사진보다 더 낡은 상태이나 관리는 잘 되고 있는 편임. 위치는 중앙역 바로 앞에서 트램 T1 타면 15분 정도 소요됨. 2분 거리에 큰마트가 있어서 편라하다. 직원들은 친절한 편임. 이 호텔의 최대 장점은 7시반부터 제공되는 조식이다. 적당한 가지수와 종류로 충분히 아침을 잘 챙겨먹을 수 있었다. 모기가 있으니 체크인때 모기향 받아서 갈 것. 소음은 좀 있으나 잠 들면 크게 느껴지진 않았음.
