Not great but not horrible. Definitely paying for the location. The rooms were not soundproofed. Was up all night with other guests being loud and the front desk isn’t manned after hours to have them deal with it. Staff was nice and the rooms were clean. So whether to stay here comes down to what’s more important-good location or upscale rooms.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Hotel is right by the Accademia bridge & water taxi stop. Walking distance to all the tourist attractions. Staff were lovely when we arrived, stored our bags safe until our room was ready. The receptionist was kind enough to loan us an I’m umbrella. Hotel has its own jetty which was useful. Breakfast was basic but fresh. Only negative points- the street was a bit noisy early in the mornings and having to pay $10 to store your luggage if you have a late flight. But overall love the hotel and would highly recommend
