It’s called a Bed and Breakfast but it’s only a bed no breakfast at all! We’ve selected the place for the location-price-breakfast so it is very disapointing. Rooms are pretty clean and ok but bed frames need a refresh. No shower gel only shampoo in very small samples. Minimal towells, if you want more it cost you additional money. Entrance could be nice but look more like an abandonned place or under work place but without any movement (raw materials, random vintage desk in the middle of the kitchen, sheet on the kitchen counter… location is great and staff very nice. No safe, no fridge in the room; air conditionned working just ok but not able to refresh at desired temperature.

The property was clean. The staff was very nice, especially the guy serving breakfast & coffee. The price is worth it and you are well situated. Breakfast is simply pasteries and coffee, no protein or fruits. Unfortunately, I have to say one bad thing and it's that the bed was hard, and you felt the springs in the mattress.

I really wanted to like this property. It's a 20 minute walk from the train station, (repack your bags so that you're only carrying as much as you'll need in Venice). I paid for left luggage at a hotel near the train station, for two quite small bags, so that I only used a small backpack for my two night stay. It's murder trying to lug suitcases up and down the many, many canal bridge stairs. The room was fine. Here's the problem.... the bathroom has no towel bars. None. So taking a shower at night means that the towels will be wet in the morning. The only place to hang towels is over the shower doors. The shower is good, btw. And, there is no shelf in the shower which makes it impossible to hold shampoo, or soap and use the shower. It's necessary to have even a tiny shelf to set down the shampoo. The room air conditioning is good, but I needed to turn it off each night at about 3am. I got no sleep with it on, even with earplugs. Breakfast begins at 8:30 which, in summer, means it's already hot outside. Had I known about the 8:30 start, I would have booked elsewhere. However, on the day I left, the manager was kind enough to let me start breakfast about 15 minutes early so that I could eat something before an 8 hour train ride. All in all... I won't stay again. I really like the staff and the location. But the lack of towel bars, no shelf in the shower, the somewhat loud a/c, and the late breakfast are a no, for me. I wish I could give it 5 stars.

We enjoyed our stay at Ca’Turelli. AC was good (very necessary during the hot summer days!). The information sheet in the room says they serve breakfast, but this is untrue. This didn’t matter, since I would rather try the cafes and shops in Venice! Ultimately, a great option for a great neighbourhood.

This was the perfect location; out of busy Venice and off in a quiet street. Everything was just a few minutes walk away & close to the vaporetto (water taxi). Points positifs : Logement situé dans un quartier calme à l’écart de la foule. Literie de bonne qualité Chambre spacieuse Points négatifs: Établissement en travaux sans que l’on ait été prévenus au préalable. Pas de petits déjeuners possibles à cause des travaux (il a fallu que l'on demande le petit déjeuner pour nos 3 jours pour que lon nous dise la veille de l’arrivée que ce n’était pas possible pour cause de travaux) Enfin, une attente d’une heure environ à la porte de l’établissement à notre arrivée ! Nous avons même cru à une arnaque sur le moment car nous avions déposé nos bagages à l’entrée de l’établissement comme convenu préalablement le temps du déjeuner et au retour porte close… Donc globalement expérience mitigée qui n’enlève rien à un super week-end ensoleillé

Séjour en couple. Nous avons eu de bonne instructions pour la récupération de clef. Hors nous avons eu une modification de retard avec l'avion il ont facturé la nuit quand même et facture par dessus la taxe de séjour et pas de grasse non plus pour le petit déjeuner qui était avec supplément de 6e par jours.. Chambre rudimentaire Correct.
