A most wonderful stay only a few hundred meters away from the San Marco square. The room was large enough and clean. Friendly staff. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the room and the lobby. Wholeheartedly recommended hotel for short visits.

Unbelievable price given the location. Easy entry and exit, quiet, friendly owner, simple but nice accommodations. If you want an opulent palace where you are going to spend your days in luxurious accommodations, this won't be the place for you. But if you want a prime location with a nice place to rest your head on a beautiful little street, this is it.

Loved our stay. Hotel was clean and the staff was so kind. We got lucky and our room was ready early, but could have held our luggage if it wasn’t. Communication was great, and the building was easy to find and get in and out of. In a great part of town. Would 100% recommend staying here!

8/10 Very good

The hotel is in an excellent location with friendly staff, an efficient check-in process and clean, comfortable rooms with air-conditioning and daily fresh towels. The only possible downside is that our room was a bit tired and shabby in places but that didn’t bother us.

This was our first stay at this hotel. The manager and the staff (one cleaning lady) are so kimd and very professional. The rooms and other space is very clean. Self- service coffee and tea in the lobby was great for breaks and quiet time from busy Venice center. The location is super central and still our room was very quiet during the night. No sounds from the streets. Bed was comfortable and the building is well maintained. We asked the manager about where to eat and that was really smart thing to do, we avoided terrible food one can find in tourist traps- restauranta close to the hotel. We will come back to this hotel for sure.
