Overall, the property is in very poor condition and, although it was clean, it is significantly overpriced for what you receive.
The bed was very uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom feels like it hasn't been updated since the 1970s, and the curtains are well past their best.
The biggest issue, however, was the heating. During colder weather, adequate heating is essential, and the air conditioner barely managed to make the room habitable.
I understand that properties age and that not everything can be replaced immediately. However, even a simple refresh with some basic maintenance and cosmetic updates would make a significant difference. At more than $200 per night, I expected a much higher standard and better value for money.
