Very disapointed.We drove 4 hours from Belem to Santopolis especially to stay in this hotel for the park for 3 days.Unfortunately the park was closed.Not mentioned before.After 3 days when the park was open,only one or two atractions were open.Not nice special for the kids.The hotel was clean and the staf were nice.

Infelizmente minha experiência não foi tão boa, ficamos cinco dias e o quarto foi limpo uma única vez, o parque aquático estava em manutenção e não pode ser utilizado, tive um péssimo atendimento pelo funcionário Rodrigo do restaurante, no dia 24/06 descemos para assintir o jogo na área da piscina e jantar, estávamos com duas crianças, pedimos uma pizza e um caldo de carangueijo, o funcionário não conseguiu nenhuma cadeira para sentarmos, esperamos mais de uma hora pelo pedido e quando o questionamos com relação a demora do pedido e sobre as cadeiras, ele nos respondeu sendo hostil, revirando os olhos e bufando, após isso foi dar uma volta para mexer no telefone, só fomos atendidos após reclamarmos do comportamento do funcionário, o caldo chegou frio e tivemos uma péssima experiência com as crianças. Infelizmente a abordagem dos vendedores no local é antes mesmo que a pessoa consiga entrar no quarto para se organizar e quando fui abordada no último dia novamente e relatei os ocorridos, a vendedora informou que iria passar ao seu superior e nunca mais retornou.

Eu sou completamente apaixonada pelo Aqualand, acho que lá tem uma energia incrível, o lugar é lindo, sempre limpo, as águas das piscinas cristalinas, é tudo muito gostoso.. mas obviamente temos os pontos a melhorar! Vamos lá.. Equipe de funcionários: - recepção é ok, atendimento básico, cumpre ali o que é necessário, os demais funcionários do hotel passam ao nosso lado e não cumprimentam, camareiras no corredor passam ao lado, olham em nosso rosto e não conseguem dar um bom dia, acho que podem treinar melhor para os funcionários do hotel todo terem essa educação e qualificação profissional de saudar o hóspede quando passar por eles. Inclusive falando sobre camareira, nessa hospedagem a limpeza deixou a desejar, sempre esqueciam algo, era de repor sabonete,ou de repor toalhas.. tive que ligar várias vezes para a recepção para pedir algo que tinham esquecido de repor. Nessa hospedagem tive alguns problemas em meu quarto que não tive da outra vez como problemas na tv da sala, no ar condicionado do quarto e o frigobar que não estava gelando.O que me fica é que com o passar do tempo o AQUALAND não está se preocupando em manter a manutenção em dia. Depois de eu pedir 03 vezes enfim foram resolver o meu problema no quarto e depois ficou tudo ok. Sobre o restaurante eu frequento o Aqualand há uns anos já e eles nunca mudaram o cardárpio, são sempre as mesmas comidas, acho que poderiam variar..pra finalizar é muito ruim a parte musical das áreas do hotel, sempre tristes e altíssimas
