Staff was very courteous & helpful. We were able to store our luggage until our room was ready. They helped us buy hop on & off bus plus called a taxi for our trip to the airport. The room was clean. What a lovely find! The only reason this hotel is not a 4 star is the lack of amenities such as air con/tea making facilities. The hotel itself is similar quality to a 4 star so don’t let the ratings put you off. Excellent service, clean & comfortable accommodation which is very well located.

Friendly staff who gave great local restaurant recommendations; very clean throughout the hotel; lovely breakfast served by great staff in a café next door with a full brunch menu after 9am. Room was quite small but I guess that doesn't really matter when you're in Barcelona. Perfectly located in a nice quiet spot. I'd wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
